This bright and modern studio is the perfect place to stay during your DC visit. Located in an incredible location within a historic neighborhood, the apartment is metro-accessible, just 3 blocks away. Situated on the same street as the US Capitol and Library of Congress, it is only a few blocks away from these iconic landmarks.

From your front door, you are just a 19-minute walk, a 16-minute metro ride, a 7-minute drive, or a 9-minute bus ride to the National Mall. The National Mall includes the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, and several national museums and galleries. Museums and memorials are spread out but are all walkable from each other. The White House is a 24-minute metro ride away, the Library of Congress is a 9-minute walk away, and the Capitol is just next to that.

You will have access to the front patio and a room with a washer and dryer. If you are booking a flat that allows pets, the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair, which must be reserved in advance, and a $25 rental fee will be charged. For parking, there are several options available. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, a $500 smoking fee will be charged, and your stay may be terminated. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Please be mindful of what you flush down the toilet or put down drains, as plumbing issues may result in charges. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, and access to the property may be required after providing 24-hour written notice.
