Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. Several parking options are available, including advanced parking pass or parking space reservations. Please note that neither the property owner nor the apartment management shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury related to the use of the parking space.

Keep in mind

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Noise monitoring devices are installed, and exterior cameras record common areas. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains to avoid plumbing issues. If these cause plumbing issues, charges may apply.
