Our home offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, your reservation will be terminated without refund. The home is not pet-friendly, but other options are available where pets are welcome. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, and we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing 24-hour written notice.
