Location really does matter. This modern basement-level, 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was fully renovated in 2015, preserving the original architectural details of this Victorian-era row home. The bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the living room features two queen sofa beds with an additional full bathroom. The kitchen is fully appointed, and all linens are provided to guests. Walk out the front door and start your journey down the hip Logan's Circle restaurant row with endless choices in decadent food and eclectic shopping.

All trusted partner homes come with 24/7 support via text, email, or phone, coffee, fresh towels, and bathroom essentials provided, immaculately clean homes, self check-in, a fully equipped kitchen, superior quality mattresses, and the most comfortable, welcoming linens you have ever slept on. Blackout shades or curtains are in every room, and Giga Blast Business Speed Wi-Fi is available.

If you are booking a flat that allows pets, the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance, and a $25 rental fee will be charged. If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.

Our home offers seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind, including marijuana and e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 charge will be added to your card in the event of any smoking. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. We will hold guests responsible for clogging plumbing. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains. The fireplace is only for decoration. Our properties are protected by Truvi. If you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided. Our partner reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
